The Opportunity

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice helping customers find the right solution for their needs. You’ll guide them through product options, answer questions, and make personalised recommendations — ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people, is comfortable with technology, and enjoys consultative, conversational sales. You’ll receive full training and support so you can confidently guide customers through the process and help them complete their purchase.

Training

  • You’ll go through comprehensive sales training that includes:
  • How to deliver exceptional customer experiences in every conversation.
  • How to identify customer needs and recommend the best product or package.
  • How to navigate CRM and communication tools efficiently.
  • How to close sales while maintaining trust and professionalism.
  • Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, or email to understand their needs.
  • Guide customers through product options and help them make confident choices.
  • Provide accurate, friendly, and professional responses to questions or concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer journey.
  • Bring a positive, helpful attitude to every interaction — you’re here to make it easy!

What You Bring
