Inside sales is an integral part of our high-performing BD team. We are a rapidly expanding global CRO looking to add a results-oriented inside sales professional where your drive, messaging skills, and ability to establish new client relationships directly fuels the growth of clinical development in CNS and Neurology research. In this role, you'll own a robust territory, armed with historical data, advanced sales tools, and support from sales and operations leaders. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound customer acquisition and marketing activities including emails, calls, and other methods to meet stated goals
  • Document activity within CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Achieve minimum productivity goals that include scheduled meetings, and RFPs
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge about the clinical trials process, company operations, and our specialized therapeutic area
  • Work with Manager and BD team in the production of compelling messages for prospects
  • Use market research data to refine prospect lists and communicate to applicable stakeholders
  • Gain commitment from new account decision makers to take part in a General Capabilities Call or Discovery Call with Business Development
  • Support business development team as needed: inbound calls, customer questions, materials delivery, conferences, etc.
  • Remote with very little travel.  Willingness to attend 1 conference / yr. 

Experience:

  • 3+ years working in a professional business environment
  • 1+ years successful inside sales experience related to clinical trials, preferrable in a CRO
  • Outstanding communication skills and a healthy competitive nature
  • MS365 and Salesforce experience
