JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for a variety of data entry and administrative tasks that will provide a strong foundation in Prudential Lighting's systems, products, and processes. As they develop knowledge and skills, the Inside Sales Coordinator will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the company.
This role requires the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities + Duties:
- Accurately entering and processing customer orders and related information
- Preparing quotations and assisting with pricing requests
- Reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Coordinating project timelines and supporting day-to-day project management activities
- Providing exceptional customer service, including responding to customer phone inquiries
- Communicating estimated ship dates and coordinating freight logistics with carriers and customers
- Supporting remote employees by facilitating document workflow, including scanning, printing, and routing materials to the appropriate departments
