The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business for Cadwell's CadCare support contracts through proactive outreach, maintaining a sales pipeline, and closing contracts.
The Inside Sales Representative drives new business by proactively selling Cadwell’s CadCare support contracts for medical devices. Through strategic outbound cold calling, email outreach, and market research, this role identifies, qualifies, and closes sales opportunities, expanding Cadwell’s customer base and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers who recently purchased Cadwell medical devices or have expiring support agreements via targeted cold calls and emails to secure CadCare contracts.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
- Professionally present CadCare support contracts, articulating their value to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Stay informed on Cadwell’s CadCare offerings, medical device industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education / Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in proactive outbound sales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
Job Knowledge / Requirements:
- Demonstrated success generating new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills tailored to healthcare stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly convey technical and service-related information to clinical and administrative audiences.
