Inside Account Executive, Small Accounts

Location: Fully remote in the USA.

We are looking for a Humble, Hungry and Smart applicant with more advanced sales and organizational skills that values teamwork, a fast- paced environment, mutual respect and willing to jump in with a whatever it takes attitude to ensure the success of our sales teams. Build positive working relationships with internal employees and outside customers. We are looking for sales executives that have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers through consultative selling skills leading to the sale of Learning A-Z solutions in the K-6 marketplace.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account strategies, Present plan to sales leadership.

  • Improve product knowledge and selling skills by attending all sales meetings and training sessions. Certify on Learning A-Z solutions.

  • Be informed of funding sources and educational initiatives in assigned territory.

  • Demonstrate in depth product knowledge, ability to navigate and present our product successfully using virtual tools. Inside Sales Account Executives for Small Accounts will certify product knowledge to sales leadership.

  • Understand and implement consultative sales process consistently.

  • Update and maintain records in company CRM (Salesforce.com) with all pertinent customer and contact/conversation data.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales leadership and marketing department.

  • Meet or exceed company metrics for volume of customer contacts.

  • Focus on the assigned territory list of typically smaller schools and districts.

  • Prospect for new business opportunities.

  • Focus on renewing subscriptions and expanding licenses for renewals.

  • Conduct customer needs analysis to establish their goals and problems to recommend perfect solutions.

  • Ensure retention and new business development to achieve financial goals and update Salesforce daily with detailed updates.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be Humble, Hungry and Smart.

  • 3-5 years of sales experience preferred, open to considering highly. translatable skills and experience.

  • Exceptional consultative sales experience and background.

  • Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Exhibit self-assurance and humility.

  • Self- motivated and eager to take on challenges.

  • Possess good judgment and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience selling in the literacy K-12 marketplace is highly preferred.

  • Previous sales training certifications.
