• Develop long-term warehouse design strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time.
• Oversee multiple concurrent warehouse design and optimization projects
• Lead comprehensive end-to-end warehouse design projects from conceptualization to implementation
• Develop innovative solutions for complex warehouse challenges across multiple facilities
• Design multi-functional warehouses integrating automation, robotics, and advanced technologies

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering etc; Master's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/distribution center design and optimization in large-scale projects
• Demonstrated track record of end-to-end warehouse design implementations
• Expert knowledge of warehouse design principles, methodologies, and best practices across diverse industries
• Experience with diverse warehouse types (e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, etc.)
• Six Sigma Black Belt or similar advanced process improvement certification
• Extensive AutoCAD experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time throughout the United States
Pay
• $112,000.00 min. – $145,000.00 max annually base pay, plus bonus.
