$70,000–$80,000 base + bonus potential

About the Role
We’re scaling fast—and need builders. As an Infusion Operations Associate, you’ll help launch, optimize, and grow infusion services across multiple sites. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll improve workflows, solve problems in real time, and support teams on the ground.
What You’ll Do
- Launch new clinics and support day-to-day operations
- Build and improve workflows (referrals, authorizations, billing, patient engagement)
- Train and onboard new team members; support ongoing development
- Audit processes to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
- Analyze performance data and drive operational improvements
- Partner cross-functionally to solve problems and scale effectively
- Step in as needed to cover gaps and keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of healthcare experience (infusion strongly preferred)
- Deep knowledge of intake, reimbursement, and prior auth processes
- Leadership or mentorship experience
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with EMR systems and payer requirements
