2. Understanding of server performance management and designing the high performance Infrastructures.
3. Strong knowledge of Load Profiling, capacity planning and management

Detailed Job Description:
Technical experience in architecting and designing the following IT Infrastructure Domains Storage Exadata, Enterprise SAN and NAS Implementations Storage replication technologies and capacity planning Windows 2008 2012 ServerLinuxBackup solutions including disk and tapIT infrastructure operations, Data Center and Network or Telecommunications management

Desired years of experience*:
Above 5 years

Education/ Certifications (Required):
Bachelor of Science

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Understand capacity requirements business, applications and infrastructure and ensure new services are designed to meet agreed targets in a cost effective manner.

2. Technical discussions with application development and quality assurance personnel to incorporate measure, thresholds and performance features at design, development and test stages.

3. Develop what if scenarios to analyze performance, capacity, consolidation opportunities and possible platform synergies.
