Role Objective

Infor Sr. Supply Management Consultants work as part of a Financials and Supply Management (FSM) team or individually, providing relevant and current supply management professional experience and Infor software expertise during cloud implementations, upgrades/migrations, or redesign and assessment projects.

The Infor Sr. Supply Management consultant supports our customers with business process transformation to increase efficiency and effectiveness following proven methodologies and established project strategies. Infor business application responsibilities include Contract Management, Inventory Control, Item Lifecycle Management, Purchasing, Requisitions, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Mobile SCM (Receiving and Delivery, Par and Cycle, and Point of Use). During project delivery, the Supply Management Consultant provides hands-on completion of assigned tasks for process design, application build, training, testing, go-live support and change management. 

Additional responsibilities include assisting with the updating of internal toolsets, methodologies, best practices and mentoring of fellow consultants as assigned. The Infor Sr. Supply Management consultant may be engaged to provide subject matter expertise for marketing initiatives or during the sales process providing input to project scope and approach.


Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Prior demonstrated experience with Infor Financials and Supply Management (FSM) or previous Infor Lawson versions. 
  • Full or partial suite implementation and/or migration experience preferred within Infor Financials applications.
  • Supply management operational experience.
  • Attention to detail to document system processes and configuration accurately and effectively.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with clear verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio).
  • Data mining and analysis experience preferred.
  • 5 years prior consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Infor certification preferred.

Travel Requirements

This position typically has a nationwide travel expectation of up to 30%-35%.
