Job Description

Jellyfish is looking for an experienced Influencer Talent Director to join our Creator Management team. The Manager will implement and oversee the daily creator strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. You will lead the campaign management team with the development of influencer marketing campaigns to connect top brands with top creators.

This is a fixed term contract through to September 2026, with the possibility to convert to perm. The salary range for this position is between $ 100,000-120,000 USD, annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team contributing to the success of Jellyfish's creator campaigns
  • Build creator strategies specific to campaigns, refine current success metrics, and introduce new success metrics
  • Support training of all aspects of planning and audience reporting
  • Liaise between the campaign management team and necessary internal groups on each account (integrated production, analytics, operations) to ensure client needs are met
  • Oversee Creator "casting", negotiations, contracting and content management across different brand campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience minimum working in digital, advertising, or influencer marketing
  • Experience managing projects
  • Established network of managers/agents or Influencer contacts.
  • Proven experience using negotiating skills and management of individual campaign Influencer budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube)
  • Knowledge of the creator marketing space, offline and online space, and understanding of the relationship between brand, media, and consumer
  • Working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools
  • Experience with on-site or experiential Influencer events
  • Working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools
