We’re looking for a Social & Influencer Strategist who lives at the intersection of culture, content, and community to join our team.

Job Description

Role Overview

As the Influencer Strategist/Manager, you’ll develop integrated strategies that drive cultural relevance, performance, and brand equity through social media and influencer marketing. You’ll help brands grow communities, elevate their storytelling, and collaborate with creators who align with their values and voice. You understand platforms, trends, and talent—and how to turn them into impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop influencer strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

  • Work with the broader strategy and creative teams to successfully integrate social and influencer channels into broader campaigns - including helping to sell it as a channel (how it brings value, is critical to impacting our audience(s) etc.) 

  • Author briefs that inspire content creators, influencers, and internal teams

  • Identify and vet influencers/creators for campaigns and always-on partnerships

  • Lead competitive audits, social listening, and platform trend reports

  • Build frameworks for community engagement, content pillars, and channel roles

  • Collaborate closely with creative and media teams to ensure ideas are socially native and scalable, while supporting the creative vision through execution and launch.

  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns with platform best practices

  • Package up results and present insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 5 - 6 years experience in social strategy, influencer marketing, and content planning (agency experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies (TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts, etc.) as well as a constant eagerness to adapt new strategies as platforms optimize, develop and roll out additional features / functionality 

  • Proven experience working with creators or managing influencer campaigns

  • Ability to translate cultural trends into brand opportunities

  • Experience writing briefs, decks, and presenting to clients

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Passion for emerging platforms, digital culture, and creator economy

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in paid social and media planning

  • Familiarity with influencer platforms; specifically Sprout Social

  • Comfort with data and KPIs to inform creative optimization

* Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 salary range
