The Influencer Marketing Manager will oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish, focusing on sourcing and managing influencers, negotiating contracts, and analyzing campaign performance. Role Overview
At Fireflies.ai, influencers aren’t just distribution and they’re amplifiers of our story. We’re looking for someone who can run influencer campaigns end-to-end. This is a hands-on role with lots of ownership, perfect for someone who understands creators and lives online culture.
What you’ll do
- Source, vet, and onboard influencers across YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, IG, and emerging platforms.
- Identify power users and organic advocates already posting about Fireflies, and convert them into affiliates or brand ambassadors through structured partnership programs.
- Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Brief influencers with brand-aligned messaging and creative hooks.
- Track campaign performance (beyond vanity metrics → clicks, conversions, signups).
- Run experiments: allocate budgets, test creators, kill/scale campaigns quickly.
- Build internal playbooks on what types of creators and strategies drive results.
What we’re looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing or creator roles, preferably in the Tech/SaaS domain.
- Direct influencer/creator marketing experience is a big plus.
- Strong instincts for what makes content work and ability to spot “fake” reach.
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- Comfortable with basic social media posting/moderation alongside influencer ops.
- Analytical mindset → able to measure performance and share actionable insights.
