About the role
doola is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to join our growing partnerships team. In this role, you’ll support daily execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish – sourcing, negotiating, and executing partnerships with partners across the digital landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Source potential partner opportunities with high value influencers
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish; from outreach → analysis
- Assist in day-to-day Partner Program tasks like contracting, performance tracking, and data entry; keeping the program running smoothly
- Analyze partner performance to optimize the influencer program
- Assist with strategic direction of the program and its goals
Skills and qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience on a brand's internal influencer team or at an agency representing brands.
- Experience with direct-response influencer marketing and campaign performance analysis
- Experience running influencer campaigns from start to finish
- Experience negotiating partnership fees and deliverables
- Experience sourcing and identifying influencers for a campaign or brand
Bonus qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or E-commerce brand is a plus
- Experience or understanding of AI tools is a plus
