We are growing our Partner Business Manager team! We are adding experienced, driven, sales professionals with a proven track record of exceeding goals in a Partner led sales model. You will need to possess strong sales management experience and the ability to develop and build strong partner relationships.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with partners to create and implement business plans driving enablement, engagement, and acceleration strategies

  • Create, develop, and maintain relationships with key Manufacturing and Automotive companies that the ecosystem that supports them; think EOM, ISVs, etc

  • Track partner training certifications and drive partner engagement to achieve critical metrics

  • Lead Ecosystem enablement and engagement across NVIDIA Sales, Marketing, Technical, Program, and Business Segment teams to help partners build a successful AI practice

  • Maintain executive and C-level relationships

  • Understand and advocate NVIDIA solutions by increasing the adoption of NVIDIA's AI accelerated computing platform

  • Present results in regular internal QBRs

 

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • A passion for technology at it relates to the Manufacturing and Automotive Industries

  • Experience selling technological solutions and maintaining professional relationships

  • Experience supporting partners focused on Manufacturing and Automotive Industries

  • Microsoft Office – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with SFDC

  • 8+ years of meaningful partner and account management experience

  • Light travel for events, trainings, and partner QBRs

The cash compensation range is 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
