Job Responsibilities:

  • Simulation for validation of recommended changes to current process
  • Involved in Kaizen events with assisting in implementation for proposed improvements
  • Assist in 5s activities to improve the workflow and environment of the employees
  • Participate in launch projects
  • Updates and maintains procedures and documents related to the Industrial Engineering position
  • Review and validate standard work documentation
  • Review and validate balance chart of lines
  • Review and validate production capacity sheets
  • Review and validate equipment contingency plans
  • Comply and develop reporting for Industrial Engineering KPI's
  • BS in Industrial Engineering or related field such as manufacturing or mechanical engineering, required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered.
  • Master's degree in engineering field a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills:
  • Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Negotiation skills, planning, leadership skills
