About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced independent sales representatives to drive growth in the yearbook market. This is a 1099 contractor role designed for entrepreneurial salespeople who already have strong relationships in the K–12 and higher education space.
If you are currently a yearbook or school services representative and dissatisfied with your current provider, this is an opportunity to bring your book of business to a trusted brand with a long history of serving schools and students.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, administrators, and yearbook advisors in your territory.
• Sell yearbook programs and support services through onsite and virtual visits.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of schools (existing relationships and new business).
• Provide service and support throughout the yearbook creation and delivery process.
• Navigate school purchasing cycles and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership on transition planning if you are bringing an existing
book of business.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Proven yearbook or school sales experience — ideally with an existing book of
business.
• Strong, established relationships with K–12 schools and/or universities in your
territory.
• A valid, reviewable contract with your current provider (required before
discussions).
• Stable work history and consistent revenue performance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage your own business.
• Familiarity with state-specific non-compete laws (we will review and navigate as
needed).
