Job Responsibilities:
Job Duties:• Maintain accurate records for all company vehicles, including assignments, utilization, location, and status• Coordinate vehicle assignments, transfers, and returns across departments and locations• Monitor vehicle inventory levels and support planning for vehicle needs based on operational demand• Ensure vehicle data integrity within inventory management and tracking systems• Prepare and analyze reports related to vehicle usage, costs, compliance, and inventory trends• Support compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners regarding vehicle services, documentation, and records• Assist with audits and periodic reviews of vehicle inventory and documentation• Identify process improvements to enhance vehicle tracking, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency• Serve as a point of contact for vehicle-related inquiries within the division
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:• Ensure all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations are followed.• Ensure adherence to established quality and housekeeping standards.• Respond immediately to items brought to his/her attention with respect to hazards, defects or non-compliance issues.• Take appropriate corrective action when substandard performance is observed
Key Qualifications/Requirements• Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred)• Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills• Experience with inventory control, data integrity, or operational coordination• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
