The Implementation Specialist works closely with our sales, product and support teams to successfully implement Lumivero’s software and services to customers, collaborating to deliver exceptional outcomes for their organizations.​ 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project managing implementations of the Lumivero’s software and associated services and being involved in ongoing support needs when required.​ 
  • ​​Marshalling resources to ensure that all aspects of the project are successful​, on time, and on budget. 
  • Onboarding (training & coaching). 
  • ​​Workshops with customers to ascertain how they should use the software​, and configuring it to meet their business needs. 
  • ​​Scoping and delivering custom requirements (e.g. reports / forms, custom training).​ 
  • Risk Management​ 
  • ​​Enabling our customers to perform successful risk management, through delivery of additional services post-implementation.​ 
  • ​​Cascade customer “user stories” to help the product & marketing teams shape the product roadmap.​  
  • Future enablement​ 
  • ​​Helping stakeholders to upgrade or to switch from existing systems to Lumivero’s solutions.​ 
  • ​​Creating and updating implementation materials (e.g., training materials, process documents).​ 
  • ​​Pre-sales support to the Sales team on implementation questions that are not covered in standard materials.​ 

Required Skills and Experience

  • ​​2 years of experience in software implementation
  • ​​Project or risk management qualification
