The Implementation Specialist III, Add-On, works within a team of professionals responsible for implementing software solutions for TrueCommerce clients, specifically focused on adding additional trading partners or product add-ons. Acting as the primary contact throughout the software implementation process, this role interfaces with customers, retailers, resellers, and internal resources. Responsibilities include driving project start-up, customer training, testing (EDI & Integration), and go-live. The Implementation Specialist III ensures that project phases and milestones are properly executed and tracked, and that responsibilities, expectations, and status updates are communicated to the customer. This position operates independently with minimal supervision and is ideal for individuals who are organized, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
Manage complex implementations and strategic initiatives
- Serve as a senior point of contact for enterprise-level projects and strategic accounts.
- Independently manage multiple high-complexity projects with minimal oversight.
- Lead cross-functional teams through advanced implementation phases.
- Design and configure solutions for complex integrations and custom requirements.
- Oversee EDI and integration testing for large-scale deployments; resolve advanced mapping challenges.
- Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure strict compliance with methodology while introducing process optimizations.
Influence cross-functional success
- Partner with leadership and technical teams to drive strategic outcomes.
- Mentor Level I and II specialists; provide technical and business guidance.
- Identify systemic issues and lead initiatives to prevent recurrence.
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic reporting and stakeholder communication
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on project health and risks.
- Maintain PSA tool accuracy and leverage data for forecasting and planning.
Training and best practices
- Develop and deliver advanced training programs for team members.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to methodology evolution.
