The Implementation Project Manager oversees client onboarding for EnableComp's services, manages timelines and deliverables, and ensures effective communication and issue resolution throughout the implementation process.

Position Summary
The Implementation Project Manager will oversee and drive process integration clients into our high-performance product suite. The IPM will manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives, will plan execute and coordinate the activities for on-boarding clients into the EnableComp service suite, will be responsible for managing the timeline, deliverables, setting client expectations, communicating regularly and elevating critical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities
- Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues
- Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements
- Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client’s implementation
- Manage change and client expectations effectively
- Maintain real time project status through online project management tools
- Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus.
- Extensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required
- Experience with project management tools required.
- Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems.
- Knowledge about extended medical terminology required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
