Lead client implementation projects for banking products, focusing on timely delivery, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
MeridianLink is seeking a motivated customer-focused Project Manager to join our Implementation Services team. A successful candidate in this role will be responsible for leading customers in the banking space through complex implementation efforts of MeridianLink products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform day-to-day project management duties including but not limited to project plan creation, weekly status reporting, tracking toward project milestones, and risk mitigation
- Own the outcomes of customer implementation projects with a focus on on-time and within budget delivery
- Understand and document client KPIs, requirements, and timelines
- Serve as the primary point person to facilitate communication and interaction between clients and other departments within MeridianLink
- Ensure deployment/projects schedules and timelines are met by all stakeholders on a project
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for issues encountered during a project
- Manage change control processes, as necessary
- Contribute to internal initiatives to better meet organizational goals and objectives
- Adopt a proactive approach to project risk management
- Organize processes to maximize productivity and efficiency to ensure proper utilization of MeridianLink staff and software
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience in a client-facing project management, professional services, consulting, or customer success role
- Proactive and thorough communication style
- Experience managing multiple, simultaneous, time-critical projects
- Self-motivated and resilient contributor with strong organization skills and able to provide a high level of customer service to MeridianLink clients
- Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
- Experience with industry-standard project management tools and approaches is a plus
PMP or other Project Management Certifications are encouraged.

Salary range of $81,700 - $91,000. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
