Backed by their deep industry experience and a commitment to be Home Organizer’s critical SaaS provider for its 6000+ employees, our team is building innovative solutions to solve universal problems that most businesses face — yet are not addressed by a single, unified tool.

Our mission is to transform the entrepreneurial experience and deliver operational excellence for businesses across the world through a unified platform supercharged with proprietary AI agents. Role Overview

The Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful and efficient onboarding of new enterprise manufacturers. This role primarily involves building the manufacturer's product catalog to prepare it for Go-live. Additionally, the role drives efficient project delivery and the continuous improvement of onboarding methodologies through the use of the Master Library and AI tools.

About the role

  • Customer Onboarding & Catalog Configuration Manages the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new clients (Vesta and Moon accounts). • Master Library Management Owns the maintenance and expansion of the internal Master Library. Responsible for keeping the library organized and up-to-date to serve as a high-quality foundation for new customer instances, enabling rapid "copy/edit" deployment and reducing setup time.
  • 3D Asset & Partner Catalog Management Manages the library of 3D assets, ensuring the proper organization of both manufacturable components and non-manufacturable items (e.g., decor and props). Additionally, oversees the creation and maintenance of partner supplier catalogs (such as accessory providers) to ensure these resources are globally accessible to all design customers on the platform.
  • Process Optimization & AI Strategy Actively identifies bottlenecks in the onboarding workflow and implements solutions to increase speed and accuracy. This includes researching and utilizing AI tools to automate data entry, validation, and catalog creation processes.
  • Client Training & Enablement Develops and delivers training programs to educate customers on platform utilization, ranging from initial design workflows to self-sufficient catalog maintenance.
  • Project Management & Scalability Oversees timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent implementations. Monitors the implementation capacity and determines when additional resources or structural changes are required to support customer growth.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
