We empower founders, CEOs, and operators to raise capital digitally, both from their own communities and through strategically marketed campaigns. No other platform provides an end-to-end solution like ours—and our track record speaks for itself, with over $2B raised across 1,000+ campaigns. We power the largest online capital raises for customers like EnergyX ($88M), Green Bay Packers ($65M), Miso Robotics ($72M+), Monogram Orthopaedics (Nasdaq:MGRM) and many others, with 3 IPOs in the past year alone. We are quickly expanding our horizons and are seeking talented team members to join us on our journey to transform the global capital market.

Who Are You
The Implementation Manager is the dedicated client-facing project manager responsible for ensuring DealMaker’s issuers launch efficiently, on time, and with confidence. Acting as the operational driver of each offering, you’ll coordinate timelines, manage onboarding tools and portals, and keep both issuers and internal teams aligned on deliverables.
In this role, your focus is execution and accountability. While the Account Manager owns the long-term relationship and strategy, you will be the hands-on lead ensuring milestones are met, potential blockers are addressed early, and issuers experience a smooth, professional onboarding journey.

What You'll Do
Project Ownership & Execution
- Act as the project manager for Regulation CF and A+ issuer launches, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and critical milestones.
- Drive accountability across issuers, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure all launch deadlines are met.
- Use onboarding tools, pipelines, and portals to track progress, monitor dependencies, and maintain visibility across all active deals.
- Regularly update issuers with clear communication on next steps, outstanding items, and project status.
Risk Identification & Escalation
- Anticipate and surface potential roadblocks before they impact timelines.
- Escalate issues to the Account Manager or internal stakeholders (Compliance, Marketing Services, Legal, Ops, Product) for fast resolution.
- Proactively flag external challenges such as delayed financials, incomplete disclosures, or third-party dependencies that could delay launch.
- Develop contingency plans when projects fall off track to protect delivery deadlines.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner closely with Account Managers, ensuring issuers experience a seamless handoff from sales through onboarding and into live operations.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to identify and remove system or tooling gaps that may impact onboarding timelines.
- Collaborate with Ops on deck creation, reporting, and milestone tracking to ensure consistent and accurate client-facing materials.
- Ensure internal alignment by documenting progress, risks, and escalations in DealMaker systems.
Client-Facing Project Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for issuers on onboarding and execution-related questions.
- Guide issuers through their launch checklist, ensuring they understand what is required, when it’s due, and how to complete each step.
- Maintain professional, proactive communication to instill confidence and keep issuers engaged throughout onboarding.
- Balance transparency and accountability — setting clear expectations and reinforcing issuer responsibilities when delays occur.
Technology & Efficiency
- Leverage DealMaker’s onboarding systems, CRM, and AI-driven dashboards to stay organized and efficient.
- Maintain accurate project data to support reporting, capacity planning, and departmental forecasting.
- Provide structured feedback on onboarding processes and tools, contributing to continuous improvement and automation.
Success Metrics
- Onboarding CSAT / NPS
- Time-to-launch performance against benchmarks.
- Accuracy and timeliness of milestone tracking
- Issuer satisfaction with onboarding experience

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or operations (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Client-facing professionalism with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort with project management tools, CRMs, and reporting systems.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in deadline-driven environments

Founded in 2018 by leading capital markets lawyers, DealMaker has blazed its own trail as the leading online capital-raising platform. As a Series A tech startup, we are well-capitalized, firmly established in our market, and ready to scale. Here’s why you should want to join us:

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
