POSITION SUMMARY: 

As the Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end migration of clients to our products. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. You will identify and mitigate risks, ensure timely execution of the implementation plan and communicate progress and challenges to both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our clients experience a seamless transition and successful implementation of our services.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Required to lead and track the full implementation plan from initiation to deployment to ensure all deliverables and timelines are met according to the contract.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings and regular status updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Sales, Account Management and Operations. Would include discovery sessions, setup ticket requests and timeline management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Identify and manage implementation risks during implementations; escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to keep management, clients and others informed of the Implementation status
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Implementation Manager will direct and lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts and will be responsible for the successful and on-time completion of the project and the contractual deliverables. Demonstrates best practices for providing implementation guidance and support and is an expert on RxSense processes and procedures and how they relate to the implementation.

  • Creates a strong culture of employee engagement.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure continued business learning.
  • Works effectively with colleagues from other RxSense operations to address and resolve issues.
  • Sets work priorities without management assistance and work independently.
  • Follows established company rules and guidelines to include maintaining necessary files, records and reports; to ensure quality standards are met; to ensure ISO compliance.
  • Looks for advancement within the organization and strives for excellence at all times. In-depth understanding of pharmacy benefit manager operations, including claims adjudication, benefit design, formulary management, network setup and prior authorization workflows.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:PBM Expertise: In-depth understanding of pharmacy benefit manager operations, including claims adjudication, benefit design, formulary management, network setup and prior authorization workflows.Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing complex projects from start to finish on time and within budget.

System/Product Knowledge: Familiarity with PBM platforms and tools. Excellent working knowledge of RXSENSE products and processes.

Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts with internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships on a multi-level basis.Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

Education and/or Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Pharmacy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare, or managed care environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation or project management roles.
  • Experience with PBM systems (e.g., RxIQ Enterprise, Medispan, or internal proprietary systems).
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with JIRA, Google Workspace & Microsoft Product Suite.

Salary Range: 85,000 - 127,000
