Job OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced and execution-oriented Implementation Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning the onboarding and implementation process for new customers—ensuring successful deployment, provider training, and smooth adoption of Nabla’s technology across healthcare organizations.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure every go-live is efficient, scalable, and aligned with customer goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Implementation
Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers—leading implementation planning, workflow scoping, training coordination, and go-live execution.
Serve as the primary project manager during implementation, aligning internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful and timely deployment.
Customize implementation plans based on customer size, care setting, specialty, and EHR environment.
Coordinate and execute provider training sessions, both virtual and in-person as needed.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Develop and maintain detailed implementation timelines and status documentation.
Identify and mitigate risks early in the implementation process.
Work closely with Product and Technical teams on configuration, integrations, and issue resolution.
Process Optimization & Documentation
Help refine implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices based on lessons learned and evolving customer needs.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and onboarding materials to scale implementation operations.
3–5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or onboarding, ideally in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology setting.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and provider needs; experience with EHR systems or clinical documentation tools is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills—able to drive execution across cross-functional teams and with customers.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed with a track record of managing timelines and outcomes.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, early-stage environment and wearing multiple hats.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, HubSpot, and project management platforms is a plus.
