Job Summary
This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional, customer-first onboarding experience for new clients and partners transitioning defined contribution plans to The Standard. You’ll oversee all installation activities, ensuring timely communication, coordination, and execution of deliverables throughout the implementation process. From paperwork and enrollment meetings to system training and technical support, you’ll guide clients through every step—setting them up for long-term success and a seamless handoff to the ongoing service team
You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners including Implementation Coordinators and Data Specialists to manage timelines, escalate risks, and ensure all milestones are met. This role also includes leading plan document and design reviews, training clients on systems like PlanNet, PRO, and PSC, and providing ongoing technical guidance.

- Oversee onboarding and installation of new business plans

- Train clients on systems and provide technical support
- Escalate risks and manage timelines with internal teams
Skills and Background You’ll Need
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE
- 4–6 years in a client-facing role within defined contribution plan administration
- Experience with plan implementation, document design, asset transfer, and reconciliation (including SOX notification)
- Familiarity with various plan types, investment structures, and federal pension regulations
CERTIFICATIONS
- ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA or NIPA (APA, APR) preferred or in progress

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$74,500.00 - $108,750.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
