About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on, field-focused Implementation Expert to deploy, configure and support AIO’s technology solutions across restaurant locations throughout the Bay Area.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving real world problems on-site, and takes pride in delivering a seamless go-live experience for customers. You will represent AIOA directly in front of restaurant owners and operators, ensuring installations are completed professionally, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Travel to multiple restaurant locations daily/weekly for installations and deployments
  • Install, configure and test POS systems, kiosks, networking equipment and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on-site
  • Conduct basic network troubleshooting and infrastructure checks
  • Manage inventory and ensure correct equipment allocation per site
  • Document deployments, issues, and resolutions clearly within internal systems
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and installation schedules
  • Provide basic end-user training during go-live where required
  • Represent AIOAPP professionally at all client sites

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

    • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (role requires travel across the Bay Area)
    • Familiarity with Android-based systems
    • Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure
    • Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs
    • Strong troubleshooting ability-capable of diagnosing hardware and software issues independently
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ability to learn quickly

    • Strong communication skills when interacting with restaurant staff and owners
    • Confident working independently at remote locations
    • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
    • Strong problem-solving mindset – field environments require adaptability
    • Highly organized and detail-focused
    • Professional, presentable and customer-facing

    Nice to Have: 

    • Previous experience within restaurant or hospitality technology
    • Experience using network diagnostic tools
    • Spanish speaking (highly desirable given client base)

    • Minimal post-install support tickets due to clean deployments
    • Positive client feedback and professional on-site representation
    • Accurate documentation and inventory control
    • Strong collaboration with Sales, Support, and Operations teams
