Position Summary

The Analyst will be responsible for accurately entering client and sub-client information into multiple systems, ensuring all required data is included. This role involves verifying the completeness of information and coordinating with the Account Management team to address any discrepancies.
Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience where exceptional attention to detail was required
  • 2-3 years of knowledge of claims processes within the healthcare industry, either directly or through a network

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Windows, and Excel.
  • Strong typing and active listening skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data from testing.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

 

$43,888.00 - $102,081.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
