WHO WE NEED
We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our implementation team with a core platform focus on SMB association management software (AMS). In this role, you'll lead onboarding projects for new accounts and deliver professional services training and consulting for existing Clients. You'll guide Clients through discovery, recommend best-practice solutions, configuration of platform(s), and ensure successful adoption through go-live and beyond. As a trusted advisor, you'll help organizations achieve their goals while delivering an exceptional Client experience.

You're an experienced implementation professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and helping Clients succeed. You quickly learn new technologies, communicate technical concepts to audiences of all experience levels, and approach every Client engagement with a consultative mindset. You're collaborative, proactive, and energized by improving processes, sharing knowledge, and delivering exceptional Client experiences.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Lead Client Implementations
- Own and deliver end-to-end Client onboarding projects, consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics.
- Lead implementation projects by proactively managing scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and Client expectations from kickoff through go-live.
- Navigate changing priorities and evolving Client requirements while maintaining project momentum and delivering successful outcomes.
Consult, Configure, and Deliver Solutions
- Identify Client requirements and recommend best-practice software configurations that align with each association's business goals and operational needs.
- Facilitate data migration, software configuration, testing, and validation to ensure a seamless implementation experience.
- Deliver professional services consulting engagements, including workflow assessments, training sessions, and solution recommendations that maximize Client success.
Enable Client Success
- Train and empower Clients to confidently adopt platform(s) through engaging instruction, workflow recommendations, and industry best practices.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership, throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Strengthen the Team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve onboarding processes, implementation standards, and the overall Client experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by sharing best practices, contributing to documentation, mentoring teammates, and supporting continuous process improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, Client onboarding, or professional services.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects.
- Experience with Association Management Software (AMS) or similar membership/nonprofit platforms is preferred.
Technical & Project Management Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications and technologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
