You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (IL6S) processes and culture.
You help with the development of the IL6S program, working with the core team to constantly improve capabilities and ensure the process quality.
How you will contribute
You will:

• Get expertise in equipment technologies,

• Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process,

• Execute the Integrated Lean 6 Sigma on the line,

• Develop the skills of the core team by training,

• Execute corrective and preventive tasks,

• Perform low-cost improvement via Kaizen,

• Cooperate with the Business Development Team in CapEx projects,

• Lead Productivity agenda for the line,

• Own the loss intelligence on the line level,

• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and improve departmental performance.

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, and the following experience and knowledge:

• Fluent in Norwegian and min. an intermediate level of English language knowledge is an additional benefit,

• Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities,

• Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment,

• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems,

• Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools is an advantage,

• Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process,

• Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.
