THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for an Idea Machine—a person who lives and breathes creativity, innovation, and viral storytelling. Your job is simple: come up with brilliant, high-impact video ideas that will set the internet on fire. This role is for the best of the best—people who thrive under pressure, think outside the box, and can generate truly original concepts at a rapid pace.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop viral, high-concept video ideas that fit the Airrack brand
  • Research trends and emerging content formats across YouTube and social media
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and production team to refine and execute ideas
  • Generate pitch decks or short write-ups explaining your concepts
  • Continuously refine and test creative brainstorming techniques to stay ahead of trends
  • Present ideas concisely and convincingly, showing an understanding of audience engagement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone obsessed with YouTube, viral content, and digital storytelling
  • A natural-born ideator who can brainstorm endlessly and refine raw ideas into execution-ready concepts
  • Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, engagement metrics, and audience psychology
  • Ability to think big—we want never-before-seen ideas, not recycled trends
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly
  • Self-motivated, fast-thinking, and relentless in the pursuit of the next great idea
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience in content creation, production, or social media strategy
    • Background in storytelling, marketing, or advertising
    • A strong personal network of creators or industry professionals

Benefits

Salary: $80-90k DOE with performance bonuses available. Full health benefits offered as well.
