ICBM Test and Evaluation Engineer Team Lead

Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) Engineer Team Lead to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting the MMIII weapon system. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a highly-skilled team that integrates with the government's Test Managers in functioning as direct and matrixed Test Managers to ICBM acquisition and sustainment programs. ICBM, Minuteman III, or Test and Evaluation experience is highly desirable.
The position is located at Hill AFB, Utah. US citizenship status is required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Quality Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technologies, Data Processing, or Statistical Analysis.
• 8 years directly related experience (6 years with Master's degree).
• At least 3 years progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Excellent cognitive, communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with customers, suppliers, and company personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of integrity, even under pressure.
• Management or leadership experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
