The Impact You’ll Make 

As a Data Labelling Specialist, you’ll be the foundation of our AI accuracy and trust. Your work will directly shape how Incode detects fraud, verifies identity, and powers next-generation trust graphs. By consistently labeling and annotating ID documents with precision, you’ll enable our models to learn faster, perform better, and stay ahead of fraudsters. Every annotation you make contributes to protecting people, businesses, and governments worldwide.

What You’ll Own & Drive 

  • High-Quality Annotation – Perform accurate, consistent labeling of ID documents, detecting fraud patterns and signals across workflows.

  • Workflow Versatility – Contribute to identity verification, fraud review, and template creation datasets.

  • Dataset Development – Support critical projects and accelerate the growth of our training data.

  • Documentation & Traceability – Maintain clear annotation rationale, especially in edge cases and ambiguous scenarios.

  • Workflow & Tooling Feedback – Identify and report gaps in schemas, guidelines, and annotation tools.

  • Automation Support – Apply basic Python scripting to streamline repetitive labeling tasks.

Your Background 

  • Experience or strong interest in identity verification, document review, or fraud detection.

  • Skilled at following detailed guidelines and maintaining quality under tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with exposure to task management systems.

  • Familiarity with basic Python; SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.

  • Excellent written communication for annotation rationale and team collaboration.

Nice-to-have:

  • Prior data labeling or annotation experience, especially in fraud review.

  • Background in risk, compliance, or trust & safety.

  • Familiarity with OCR, computer vision, or machine learning workflows.

  • Knowledge of ID document formats and fraud indicators worldwide.
