We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Identity & Access Management (IAM) Support Engineer II to support enterprise identity security platforms within a 24x7 operations environment. This role provides Level 2 support for IAM and access management technologies, troubleshooting authentication, provisioning, identity governance, and access-related issues. Candidates with hands-on experience supporting IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Verify, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager, Okta, or other enterprise identity solutions are encouraged to apply.
This position supports government-related programs and requires U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise IAM environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, provisioning, and SSO-related incidents.
- Support identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, role management, and deprovisioning.
- Monitor IAM systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Support user access reviews, compliance activities, and audit requests.
- Participate in shift rotations and after-hours support as required.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and drive resolution through closure.
- Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and operational maintenance activities.
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- 2+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- SailPoint
- Saviynt
- IBM Verify
- Okta
- Ping Identity
- ForgeRock
- Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Experience troubleshooting IAM-related incidents and service requests.
- Understanding of access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity governance concepts.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or rotational schedules.
