Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple departments.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop effective lead generation tactics.
- Support talent management initiatives including employee orientation, succession planning, employee evaluation, and training & development programs to foster employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Healthcare (multi specialty) recruiting (Hospital, Medical Clinic or similar)
- High attention to detail skills and ability to work in a high fast paced environment with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships effectively across all levels of the organization.
