We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop, implement, and administer human resources policies, programs, and services.

2. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on human resources-related matters.

3. Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.

4. Develop and manage employee training and development programs.

5. Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances.

6. Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

7. Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management.

4. Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.

5. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.

 

Nice to Have:

 

1. Experience with HR data analytics and visualization tools.

2. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, such as Title VII or ADA.

3. Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
