THE HIGH LEVEL

Seeking 2 HR Interns to join us for the summer starting June 2nd.  One will focus on creating news letters and the other will focus on gathering and organizing information for a Learning & Development project.

  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Research monthly topics for Health & Wellness, DEI, Training, Human Resources and Employee Experience newsletters. Create content for the next 12 months
  • Create supportive communications suitable for digital signage, social media and internal platforms
  • Create videos to support these topics

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Extremely organized and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organizing events and schedules will certainly be useful in this endeavor
  • If you have experience or knowledge in creating videos to support your communications - that would be very helpful
  • This role requires you to interact with various employees and members of our leadership team - experience coordinating a team project / efforts would be beneficial
  • Strong collaboration skills are essential
  • The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing or a Business-related Degree
  • Must live in the DC Metro area. Occasional visits to our Herndon Headquarters is required
