Job Description

We’re looking for a talented teammate… 

To join us as an HR Intern! This internship will support a Job Architecture and Compensation initiative within the People team, and will assist with project coordination, stakeholder communications, data modeling, and compensation reporting to help maintain and enhance tools that support pay decisions and job structure. This role offers hands‑on exposure to job architecture, compensation analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration, with opportunities to build practical skills in Excel, reporting, and project management. This hybrid role requires a weekly in-person meeting in the St. Louis, MO Area.

    

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Support a job architecture project by assisting with analysis, documentation, and coordination activities
  • Draft, revise, and help manage communication materials and resources for stakeholders, including posting finalized content to internal channels
  • Provide project management support by scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and following up on action items
  • Build and maintain Excel‑based models to analyze compensation scenarios, including cost impacts of pay changes
  • Assist with compensation tools and recurring reporting, such as incentive plan and retention award reporting
  • Update and maintain stakeholder‑facing tools and templates, including offer templates and PIR tools
 

Exciting candidates have 

  • Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026, prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field 
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August) 
  • Based in the St. Louis, MO Metro Area 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products 

 

Compensation Range: 

$20 - $23 / hour 

 

Any offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
