We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist at our food manufacturing facility in Fullerton, CA. This professional position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the following HR disciplines: staffing/recruiting, employee relations, new employee onboarding/training and various other programs related to human resources. This role requires the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish.


What You Will Do: 

  • Resolves routine employee problems or issues related to traditional employee relations matters Interprets various HR plans, programs, policies and procedures for employees and provides advice and recommendations to business unit management on typical or non-critical items.
  • Recruits, screens and interviews internal or external candidates for vacant positions and conducts new employee orientation
  • Executes engagement strategies across the plant.
  • Assists in the performance management and salary planning process by creating reports for HR leadership, assisting in training and other duties.
  • Coordinates learning and development opportunities.
  • Acts as a resource for various HR special projects.
  • Maintains confidential employee data or files.

What We Look For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years HR related experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish Or Vietnamese
  • Basic knowledge of HR plans, programs and procedures related to compensation and benefits, staffing and workforce relations training, etc.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and other regulatory standards related to various HR disciplines that enable some evaluation and originality to be displayed on standard and non- critical matters

Compensation and Benefits:


The base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $89,000 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
