The Role:

Grande Colonial is hiring a Human Resources Director to develop and direct all personnel activities relating to employee relations, benefits, training, health and safety, employee services, strategic planning, personnel records, and policies/procedures. The Human Resources Director is responsible for balancing a positive employee experience with overall business objectives as a “department of one”. This is a great position for a Human Resources Manager who is ready for their next move. Three to five years of Human Resources experience in a hotel setting required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly desirable.
