The Boeing Company's Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (Associate or Experienced) to support our Boeing Commercial airplane programs, specifically the exciting 737 program located in Renton, Washington.
The position will play a key role in supporting the success of Boeing's business and the HR function's objective to provide world class HR service and employee experience. This role will be essential in driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The role, along with their team of peers, will be the HR Generalists supporting BCA employees in 737 Program and Delivery Operations. The position will work closely with other key groups in the Human Resources organization, HR Centers of Excellence (COE's) and HR Services groups to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business, the employees and managers. The team will be responsible for delivering HR products and services engaging with employees and managers in person to improve the employee experience.

Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with manufacturing leadership customer to provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
- Contributes to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
- Aids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Works closely with HR COE's to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs
- Utilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 1+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programs
- 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Human Resources certification
- 1+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
