Human Resources Associate
Job Description
The Human Resources Associate is a key contributor to the effective management of employee relations, compliance, and initiatives across the organization. This position serves as a trusted point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, fostering a positive and productive work environment, supporting performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and cross-departmental communication. This is a temporary eight week position beginning September 1st, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-Related inquiries, assist in resolving employee issues, providing support and guidance
Support the performance review process by coordinating review schedules, collecting performance data
Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local, state and federal laws while maintaining and updating employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Additional Duties:
Support the implementation of new HR systems and technologies, improving HR processes, and employee experience.
Provide administrative support to HR department including preparing documents, managing correspondence
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
General Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.
Must be highly organized.
Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.

The hourly wage for this position is $24.00
