The Human Resources Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department. This position helps ensure smooth operations by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates
• Respond to employee questions and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Help track attendance, time-off requests, and other HR data
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and company meetings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department and management team
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in human resources or administrative support is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
