Our model involves incubating ideas, launching startups, and scaling growth globally.
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of human resources management — from recruitment to employee engagement — and contribute to developing and implementing HR strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree from one of the top 5 universities with strong academic performance.
Eager to learn about HR management and operations.
Curiosity about AI applications in HR — including AI-assisted screening, scheduling tools, and people analytics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software or AI productivity tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination.
Explore and implement AI-assisted tools for candidate screening, scheduling, and HR reporting.
Support onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information.
Help organize employee engagement or team-building activities.
Contribute to updating HR policies and procedures.
Participate in HR analytics and reporting, including the use of AI tools to surface workforce insights.
Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide HR goals.
