Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated Human resources and Talent recruitment Lead to drive our Talent development and acquisition efforts. As our first HR/Recruitment lead, you will own the entire hiring life cycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding. You will be responsible for building our employer brand in the competitive Indian tech landscape, sourcing top talent, and creating a seamless, fast candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Talent Acquisition

Specialized Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor roles including ASIC/SoC Design for digital and analog design.

Talent Mapping: Actively map and engage talent from global and tier-1 semiconductor firms.

Campus & Government Relations: Partner with institutions to secure early-career talent.

Comp Benchmarking: Design offer structures that balance base pay with equity and performance bonus structures.

Support hiring and onboarding logistics: interview scheduling, candidate onsite coordination, new-hire setup, and first-week readines

Human Resource/Talent Development

Onboarding: Design 30-60-90 day plans

Upskilling & Reskilling: Collaborate with leads to build internal training modules

Retention Strategy: Implement engagement programs tailored to R&D engineers, focusing on technical autonomy and roadmap visibility to combat high attrition rates.

Coordinate across time zones and international stakeholders to ensure schedules, deliverables, and communications stay aligned

What We’re Looking For
  • 15–30 years of experience in Talent management

  • Full cycle recruitment from leads to onboarding

  • Exceptional calendar and priority management skills; ability to make tradeoffs, anticipate conflicts, and drive clarity

  • Strong operational judgment: you see around corners, escalate early, and keep details from becoming surprises

  • High ownership and follow-through; you close loops and ensure commitments turn into outcomes

  • Clear, concise communication and strong stakeholder management across functions and seniority levels

  • Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and international coordination needs

  • Professionalism and discretion with confidential business, people, and partner information
