Duties

  • Evaluate AI responses against empathy and contextual intelligence criteria
  • Tag errors in tone, engagement, and personality
  • Select the best response from multiple AI options
  • Write and test creative conversation starters for training datasets
  • Assess cultural accuracy and humor comprehension in AI outputs

Requirements

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency with strong cultural literacy
  • Exceptional judgment in balancing tone, clarity, and engagement
  • Experience in content editing, customer support, or communications
  • Comfort with giving and receiving detailed feedback

Preferred

  • Community management or content moderation experience
  • Familiarity with conversational AI or NLP concepts
