Job Description

Process Pro Consulting is seeking a strategic and technically-minded HubSpot Consultant who excels at aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations across the customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with deep HubSpot expertise who can go beyond tool functionality to strategize, architect, and implement customized solutions that meet unique business goals.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients—leading HubSpot onboarding, technical implementations, custom integrations, and ongoing optimization efforts. Your experience will help B2B SaaS clients enhance revenue operations, streamline processes, and unlock scalable growth through thoughtful, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage HubSpot projects end-to-end (onboarding, CRM migrations, integrations, and custom development).

  • Translate business goals into strategic, technically sound HubSpot solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.

  • Architect and implement CRM and marketing automation solutions (workflows, pipelines, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, custom properties, user roles).

  • Collaborate with clients on strategic roadmapping, optimization planning, and RevOps advisory.

  • Drive data governance and CRM integrity by establishing best practices for data hygiene, tracking, and usage.

  • Deliver training and documentation that empowers teams to scale and self-sustain.

  • Build advanced reports, dashboards, and attribution models in HubSpot.

  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and provide consulting on process improvement and tooling.

  • Manage multiple client relationships and project timelines with a consultative, solution-first mindset.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Professional or Enterprise), including complex onboarding, implementations, and integrations.

  • Strong background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven ability to design, build, and optimize custom HubSpot solutions that align with business goals.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and facilitating change across client teams.

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM architecture, marketing automation, lead management, lifecycle stages, and pipeline optimization.

  • Comfort with technical configurations (custom workflows, properties, integrations, APIs, HubSpot Operations Hub).

  • A consultative mindset—capable of balancing strategic thinking with technical execution.

  • Experience with data migration, HubSpot reporting, and analytics.

  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex concepts in a digestible, client-friendly way.

Bonus Points For:

  • HubSpot Certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub

  • Experience at a HubSpot Partner Agency (or agency experience)

  • Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Asana, Slack, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and Google Workspace

  • Previous experience working directly with clients in a fast-paced, agency-style environment

Additional Information

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 (dependent on experience & skillset)
