ALLO is seeking a HubSpot Automation & Revenue Operations Specialist to configure, maintain, and optimize HubSpot and related internal systems. This role is vital to ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and data integrity of our back-office infrastructure. This role reports directly to the Web Manager.
Colorado Residents: Typical pay range for this role will be from $65,000 to $80,000 based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, build, and optimize end-to-end HubSpot automations for the full customer lifecycle.

    • Lead > qualified lead > opportunities > customer

    • Community expansion

    • Retention, Churn reduction, Win-back

    • Presale nurture streams

    • Post-sale onboarding sequences

    • Retention and churn prevention workflows

  • Build and maintain complex list segmentation using properties, lists, workflows, and custom objects.

  • Create and manage HubSpot sales sequences for direct sales teams, such as Door-to-Door, Inside Sales, Field Marketing, and Storefront.

  • Build and maintain lead scoring and customer health scoring.

  • Integrate and maintain third-party tools and integrations with HubSpot.

  • Build custom reports and dashboards for various departments across the organization.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve conversion rates and decrease churn.

  • Act as a proactive communicator, keeping teams and management informed, engaging stakeholders early, and uniting teams for project and system improvements.

  • Conduct regular HubSpot sales and marketing audits, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Serve as the primary support resource for internal users, troubleshooting system-related issues, monitoring performance, managing user permissions, and resolving duplicate records and errors.

  • Stay proactive with the latest HubSpot features and capabilities, leveraging them to enhance system performance and usability.

  • Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for consistency.

  • Vendor management as needed.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administrator, Information Technology, or a related field required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience administering HubSpot

  • Solid understanding of HubSpot APIs

  • Experience supporting a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Direct experience executing multi-channel strategies and a strong understanding of marketing and sales lifecycles
