Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HRIS Workday Recruiting Contractor to be the Workday lead on our Workday Recruiting implementation from start to finish, including post-go-live production support. This role requires hands-on expertise with Workday Recruiting implementation and practical usage as a recruiting system.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Workday Lead to assist the Project Manager and Consultants with completing the Workday Recruiting implementation project
- Attend project meetings and provide regular status updates
- Configure recruiting workflows, approval processes, and business rules
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans
- Research best practices and recommend process improvements
- Pull and analyze recruiting data as needed
- Create reports, dashboards, and system documentation
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer
- Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on Workday Recruiting experience
- Proven track record of at least one full Workday Recruiting implementation
- Previous experience using Workday Recruiting as an active recruiting system
- Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, candidate management, and requisition processes
- Experience with Workday reporting tools and data analysis
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Recruiting certification
- Experience with other Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Talent/Perf Management, Learning, etc.)
- Background in HRIS, HR operations, or Talent Acquisition
