THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a HRIS Associate to our People team in US - Remote! Please note: this person must be able to work Eastern or Central standard time zone, preference to Eastern.

Wellhub is seeking an HRIS Associate to grow our People Systems team to provide the continued optimization and support of our Global People Systems. You will provide support for managers and employees and partner closely with the People, IT and Finance teams to support the achievement of business goals. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Play a vital role in supporting the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday System.
  • Process staffing transactions in Workday.
  • Work closely with the Workday and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient functioning of Workday modules and processes.
  • Provide end-user support by troubleshooting system-related queries and issues via JIRA.
  • Conduct thorough data quality checks and audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. 
  • Create guides and documents processes for employees and the People Team in the Wellhub Wiki.
  • Prepare and upload data filed (EIB's) into Workday.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Be able to work Eastern or Central standard time zone, preference to Eastern.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or related areas.
  • Workday systems experience is preferred but not required, as long as you have an eagerness to learn.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and organize data effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Excel is a plus. 
  • Demonstrate ability to build sound relationships and communicate expectations.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
